Rates:

$395 a night plus Hawaii Accommodation Tax of 12.41% for the entire house with a .$300 cleaning fee, optional $200 cleaning for jacuzzi.
Five night minimum stay.
Up to 9 guest -
$50 for each additional guest
Monthly special $10,000
$195 a night for just the lower level, plus 12.41% Tax, with a $200 cleaning fee, optional $200 cleaning for jacuzzi.

Plumeria, Ocean and Surf with 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. Sleeps 5. $50 more per night, for each additional guest..
Christmas weeks (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2) - $795 a night, 2 week minimum.
11am check out time - unless other arrangements are made.
Payment 60 days prior to arrival unless booked on shorter notice.
$500 deposit sent in US Postal money order to reserve your booking– fully refundable after inspection
Rent, tax and cleaning fee to be in the form of a cashier check.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel anytime before 60 days of arrival and your deposit will be returned, less $100. After the 60 days, a refund, less deposit, will be given only if your dates can be re booked.

To secure your booking

(1) Send a US postal money order for $500. Please Overnight Express to insure your deposit. Made payable to:

(2) Send Final Payment 60 days before you arrive, balance to be paid in a cashier check .

After your deposit has been received, you will receive a Aloha welcome packet, with maps and directions to the house.
