Coconutty Ono

1 pound of ono or mahi-mahi, cut in 4 pieces.
cup of coconut milk
1 T. natural peanut butter
Dash hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 banana, diced
8-oz. crushed pineapple with juice
cup coconut flake
crushed macadamia nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place  fish in shallow baking dish. In a small  bowl, microwave coconut milk and peanut butter. Then add hot sauce, salt and pepper, banana, and pineapple. Stir. Pour over fish. Top with  coconut. Bake 15-20 minutes. Brown under  broiler if desired. Sprinkle with nuts.  Serve with rice.

Fry crushed macadamia nuts in  macadamia oil. Sprinkle on greens . Add dressing

Any other fruit to suit your fancy

One cup of coconut milk mixed with one cup of maple  syrup warmed up.

Warm waffles, slice fruits on top, yogurt topped with macnuts on side, pour syrup. Very ono!
